Buying as is, where is with no contingencies, warranties or returns of any kind. 13% buyers premium on cash/checks/absentee bids, (Add 4% for all credit cards, 3% for all online purchases. Cuy county sales tax added for anyone who is not Tex exempt. No titled vehicle will leave premises until check clears. Not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items. Not responsible for any accidents. Buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchsed. Buyers will have approx 3 weeks for pickup to work around the Governor’s mandated laws for the Virus as long as payment is prompt and we will offer our facility for free storage until then in return
